| Description | Transfer Children's ABC Mug collected as a relic of a passing day rather than for any beauty they may possess. Alphabet Mugs with two letters (one each side) are highly collectible to form a complete set. This is an early creamware mug with the letters A and B. A is pictured..B is: http://www.coffmansantiques.com/images/abcmugcapitalb.jpg It is excellent condition. These mugs were made with straight sides/no saucer needed. This one has nice platform base. Children may have learned their alphabet from using these by matching the letter to the item. In this case A = Apple and B = Bible,Basket,Bell etc. It is 2 3/4" and has no mark.
